Part 1

THE BIG SHIFT. In the first part of the workshop, you will learn what is happening in your body. Women have a natural cycle through their childbearing years, but slowly this cycle shifts, and the hormones you make shift as well. This can have a significant impact on how you feel, your emotions, your mood, your metabolism, your sleep, and SO much more. You will learn exactly what is changing in your body so that you can move on to make the changes you need.

Part 2

IT ALL STARTS WITH FOOD. In the second part of the workshop, you will learn exactly how to build your plate to support your shifting hormones. Food is THE most important thing when it comes to having healthy hormones as the nutrients create hormones, regulate hormones, and control metabolism! This will affect our mood, our body composition, and more. You will learn how to combine specific foods to best support your hormones, your detox pathways, and your gut as well as get a 30 day meal plan to get you going.

Part 3

YOUR DAILY RHYTMS. In the third part of the workshop, you will learn what actions you NEED to take to support your changing hormones. YOU have the power to support and balance these hormones, you just need the right tools! You will understand the daily rhythms that matter: exercise, sleep, stress regulation, and product selection. You will know exactly what you need in this part of your life, so you can get your hormones to work FOR YOU again!

Part 4

SUPPLEMENTS AND HRT: In the last part of the workshop, you will learn about specific supplements that you can use to support all of your changing hormones and unwanted symptoms. I’ve had the pleasure of working with women around the world for 10 years. During that time, I went through my own shift that hit me hard.

At the age of 37, I had my first signs of Perimenopause, yet doctors had NO answers for me. I had migraines, heavy bleeding, lethargy, and low libido and the only thing they knew to offer me was birth control! I went from doctor to doctor, but my “labs were normal” and they sent me on my way.

When I finally realized what was happening, the lightbulb went on and I was able to get to the root and SUPPORT what was happening in my body, not just mask the symptoms.

I went from a barely getting by to THRIVING in my Perimenopause stage of life.

I became a Board Certified Master Health and Nutrition Coach specializing in Hormone Function and Family Wellness, working with women all over the world. I also became certified as a Perimenopause Nutrition Coach to further understand what was happening to women during this time. I continue to dig into all of the new research, and further my practice by learning from doctors so I can properly help women navigate this stage of life.
